2. Beta Programs

If you participate in a Beta Program, you acknowledge the Services may be pre-release, experimental, and contain errors.

2.2 Feedback
By providing feedback, you grant CONNAQ a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our Services.

2.3 Incentives
If applicable, incentives for beta participation will be communicated separately under a Beta Program Agreement (BPA).

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, AI models, and content, remain with CONNAQ or its licensors.

3.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.

3.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of data and content you submit. By using the Services, you grant CONNAQ a license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for providing, improving, and securing the Services.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such collection and use.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

If any Services are provided on a paid basis:

• Fees will be disclosed before purchase.

• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled.

6. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of outputs (including AI-generated outputs).

• Use of AI outputs requires human review and validation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CONNAQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Our total liability for claims under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or as required by law. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Services.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you (e.g., via email or in-app notice). Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Miscellaneous

• These Terms are the entire agreement between you and CONNAQ regarding the Services.

• If any provision is invalid, the remainder will remain enforceable.

• You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
